YOUGOTOUTBID

Refund Policy

Last updated today

Bids are purchases for participation and placement, and are non-refundable once completed.

Being outbid is not a refund event

The entire premise of the leaderboard is that anyone can pay more than you and take your position. When that happens your position drops and your bid stays spent. This is disclosed on screen, with an explicit confirmation, before every payment.

When we do refund

  • Duplicate charges — if a technical fault charged you twice for the same position, we refund the duplicate.
  • Failed placement — if a payment is confirmed but no position is ever recorded and we cannot fix it, we refund in full.
  • Unauthorised payment — if you did not authorise the charge, contact us and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.

Removed listings

If we remove a listing for breaching the Terms — fraud, impersonation, illegal or abusive content — bids are not refunded.

How to ask

Use the contact page and include the email you paid with and the approximate time of the payment. We aim to reply within five business days.
